Rundown (12/22-1/04) Pounding Into That There 20-14
“What do you want to see from games in 2014?” is a question that I raise an eyebrow towards, as I view it as a very simple one to answer. Less hissy fits about minor details, stay positive and hope companies don’t do dirty actions, and keep on putting out great games. Bam! I think the question is more focused towards what people really want out of Gen8, but then I can’t answer the question properly, as I made myself a PC that I named after this here blog I made about a year beforehand. I got more games than I got over the past three years in the past seven months so jack could happen this year and I’d say it was still pretty good. So here’s a bunch of old C Grade news.
Rundown (11/03-11/09) I Say More Things While Not Saying What I’m Supposed To
Today I cleaned and reorganized my room. Now half my shelves are empty, and my computer is no longer lodged between two pieces of furniture. I also got rid of loads of toys and back issues of Nintendo Power, keeping a few for myself though. Why? All because I wanted to move my computer desk in my shoebox of a room. Which is stuck as it is due to my bed having five drawers under it and four shelves behind where I lay my head. I also did the washing at my weekend. How was your day pen pal from Ya-Pann?
Rundown (10/20-11/02) Sorry, I’ve Been… Look At The Bunnies
Yep, another double decker! Meaning there are untouched paragraphs from the twenty-second and a length that is a bit longer than I would like. With my image storage certainly dwindling, although I do occasionally find gems like the header. It actually makes me really upset at how CrunchyRoll is handling their manga service, as it is both limited in terms of library and requires a subscription to view pages available on the internet. I mean, really? Limited to only the newest chapter for series that have been going on for volumes? I’ll stick with hunting for delightfully insane stuff while procrastinating for my School Days review. Because goldarn is that show boring!
Pokemon X Review
I was originally going to publish a post about how much I adore Pokemon, along with my history with it, but I did not feel like editing that wall of text, as I can summarize my thoughts on the series with this: I bought six Pokemon plushies, have a box of old toys, seven volumes of the manga, and once walked about a mile as a four-year-old to get Pokemon toys. I freaking adore the franchise, and it is probably the most influential piece of media I’ve ever been exposed to, as without Pokemon I would not be remotely the same person. So of course I bought Pokemon X, and played it for a good 130 hours, with a couple dozen left to go. However, I want to be somewhat timely.
(10/06-10/19) Fart This Ship, I’m Gonna Play Some Pokemons
…What the blazes are you saps looking at- oh, wait, I’m not sure if anybody even noticed how this place has been vacant for a good week. Now how did that… *Looks at 3DS* 100 hours, you slippery SOB. All because I wanted to train myself some extra teams. I don’t even know why I had to do that extra EV raising bull- I’ll just double down on video game news, seeing as how two weeks have passed, and it’s early October, nobody’s announcing jack or anything. They’re all too busy with reviewing the influx of titles that are crawling from the abyss.
Rundown (9/08-9/14) Those Bygone Summery Days
New Vegas is fun, I watched three anime episodes yesterday so I’m back on track, and school is starting up for me, or at least my other two classes are. Also I finished my second novella’s rough draft, not that anybody will see it in 2013. So everything is peaches for me, especially seeing as how I had my first encounter with a friend after a month of isolation. Yay asocialism, sorry, I meant being asocial. Now for your video game news. (more…)
Rundown (7/07-7/13) Oh, Right, I Need to Do This Thing
Hm…Yeah, alright, let’s just do this thing.Been spending the past few days on my new computer, so I’ll leave this little cherub out here while working on other reviews and juggling three games of my now truly endless backlog. That header image is cute.
Rundown of E3 2013: Day 2 – Nintendo Sandwiched Between Some Extra Creamers
Show me the fever, into the fire. Taking it higher and higher. Nothing to fear, it’s only desire. Taking it higher and higher. Ooooo! I could only sleep just shy from 6 hours. I have every right to indulge in my Team Teamworks!
Rundown (5/05-5/11) Obey the Word of God or My Horse Shall Eat You!
Yesh, talk about a gap between updates. Probably should purge out my unedited writing about bee people and my limericks of high school when this happens next week, unless Singularity is short as knickers. But I am still willing to regurgitate overly opinionated game news, so let’s do that, or else the horse will eat you.
Rundown (4/01-4/06) The Sweet Tsunami of Splendid Summer Swimwear
It figures that I have run out of things to say after two months, so I’m just going to list some random thoughts, like Chibi Robo’s adventures in a nightclub which ends with it causing all the sex from the humans… Yeah, I’ll just get to the news before I start typing out Max Anarchy song lyrics for fun.
