Woo! E3 is mostly over, and the hype has undoubtedly causes every audience member to burst with powerhouse excitement, and things may have gotten more than a little messy in the process. Anyways, the main conferences are done, the actual E3 event, where people try to get work done in a loud, crowded, and smelly convention center, is underway, and the only press conferences of the day was Nintendo’s. So let’s cut all pretense and jump right into the gooey center of the E3 ~~Claire~~ eclair.

I was going to make a post on NeoGaf about how I spent about 1.5k on games over the past two years, but ended up getting nearly 300 games in the end. However, I chickened out and could not bare to put my thoughts on a message board, because that is a great way to get murdered. I also bought a Chromebook so I could type things instead of sleeping while on the train, and am looking into buying some hormones because I should start HRT sooner than later. So, there is very clearly something going on with Zero Escape 3. I did not bring up the countdown website as nothing had happened, but it has recently updated and Kotaro Uchikoshi tweeted out some cryptic numbers, which when gven their letter value turn into FNJANUUVNWXOXDAFXAM and KYVCFEXVJKEZXYKNZCCYRMVREVEU. When put through a Caesar Cipher decryption, which involves the letter value being shifted by a set amount, 17 for the first one, 9 for the second one, you get the messages WE ARE ALL MEN OF OUR WORD and THE LONGEST NIGHT WILL HAVE AN END. You know what that means? Ever 17’s getting a re-release, and the previous two Zero Escape titles are coming to PC along with part 3… I know I got that wrong, but a girl can dream, can’t they? Yes, I finally put up a new review earlier today, and will have another coming this week, and should be able to get to another for the week after. Hopefully the first week of April will get something too, or else it will just be an update I’m delaying until April 1st, because… shut up. Actually, I’ll try to get a JoJo Piece up, so in other words Freedom Wars review will be up on 18/3, South Park: The Stick of Truth review on 25/3, and JoJo on 03/4 specifically because… shut up. I honestly do feel very bad about pretty much everything I do, and feel as if I should be better in just about every regard. From personality, to appearance, to time management, to writing in general, but I also lack the drive to go and fix these things, so I am pretty much stuck as a negative zone of a person who could probably get a lot from therapy, but would rather try rewriting a novella from scratch in order to tell a better story with it, after I felt the original story I wrote was not as good as I could and should have made it. It doesn’t help that my sleep schedule is pretty bad, and I have to manage both work and school in addition to several hobbies, but a true human being should be able to do twice as much as I am doing and still call it an easy day. Let’s see here… Bandai Namco’s going some indie stuff? Nah. Zynga has lost a lot of market share, but I don’t even care about them as a thing. Gamestop is closing many stores and shifting more to mobile, but I am going digital from now on, so I don’t really care a hair. Battlefield 4 is still busted, even after it came out six months ago. Just Cause 3 may be a thing, yet I found 2 to be super dull. A lot of people have played Watch Dogs and its story sounds loathsomely mundane for a game with giant robot spiders. Oh, and a bunch of people dug up some old ET cartridges… Yeah, it’s been a very slow news week. (more…)

Crap, I didn’t plan ahead an April Fools idea! Damn you Spring Break, and your encouragement to dates being a distilled unreality! Now I’ve got to post the handful of stories I felt like talking about in the shortest Rundown/NWS yet. I blame the PAX for leaving me with just 6 topics! And GDC for not being reported on due to a plethora of presentations as the core focus.
