So, I have been looking at some of my site’s analytics, and it turns out that a whole lot of traffic is generated by my reviews of Student Transfer and Press-Switch, as they are both super niche projects that aside from their own forums, one person’s youtube channel, and 4Chan, have little presence on the internet. While I do not really gain anything by generating views, and what I do generate is measly in the grand scheme of things, I really enjoy talking about these two games, and due to how the reception to them is positive as far as I can tell, I intend on continuing to review each new release of both titles. This also includes the latest 0.5b build, which I will have a review of this Wednesday.  Anyways, I just wanted to get that out into the open.  Onto video game news. (more…)

So remember how I said that I purchased an audio mixer for my Switch? So far it is just minor things like, why do I need to hold down the physical power button on the system and then select an option to turn the system off opposed to simply using a menu? Or why can’t I move around my game library or change the size of the icons. Seriously, this is stuff that Nintendo figured out years ago, and should be pretty basic to implement.

0 20160324175445_1Jeepers am I going to have a lot of games to play this month. Hyper Light Drifter came out on March 31st, Hunie Cam Studios launches April 4th, Danganronpa 2 is out April 18th, and Double Root: Before Crime After Days Xtend Edition is out sometime this month. Plus a proper review of Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin should be up whenever I find time to finish that game amidst this chaos. Seriously, this is the reason why I don’t like buying lots of games at launch. You need to build your schedule around release dates, get 60% through a lot of games, and then stop suddenly and hopefully get back to it later. (more…)
