Note 5/09/2025: Heyo! Three things! One, this game was given the proper English title of Body Swap Story: Aunty Yui & Yuto. But I’m not changing the title of this Showcase, because I think it’s funny! Two, the game was released on DLSite on April 28, 2025, with a Steam release planned. And three, I just released a review of the title, which I’d recommend you read instead of this more nitty gritty showcase.
Note 2/03/2025: On January 25, 2025 the developers of Body Swap Story actually released an English version of the demo. Though, you need to switch to English in the config menu, as Japanese is still the default. I’m not sure if it is a machine translation or something done by one of the developers, as these are some grammatical and formatting errors, but it’s better than using a translation tool. So if you were interested in checking out this game, now you have even less of an excuse!
Well, this is unexpected. Here I was, planning on capping off TSF Showcase with only 51 numbered entries. But I saw TSF comic creator Kawaii Tsun’aho mention a demo for a Japanese body swap visual novel. Normally, I do not really futz with untranslated Japanese works, but Kawaii openly recommended using an automatic translation tool. Something I knew of in theory, but I have never bothered looking into, as I tend to shy away from machine translations. They have a bad rap, and I do not always trust them to represent a work accurately.
This led me down a rabbit hole of sorts before I came across LunaTranslator. A modern, powerful, and versatile translation tool that, while a bit overwhelming with its options, is surprisingly easy to set up. You just need to run the overlay textbox, click the gear icon to open up the settings page, ensure that HOOK is enabled. Then select the chain icon to pick the game, select the game, and then choose to show the text.Also, you probably want to change the translator from the default, Baidu v2, to something… better. Google v2 worked with no pushback, and the results at least looked pretty good, possessive and tense error asides. Honestly way better than I would have expected, but I suppose the language here is on the simpler side.
LunaTranslator itself is a little janky, sometimes duplicates lines of dialogue, and is a bit daunting if you dig into the options. But it’s both black magic and reliable enough that I would recommend it as a way to play through visual novels not in your native language. It’s a great accessibility aid, and I’m sure that some of the ‘translation not localization’ pundits would love this. It’s definitely easier than using a screen reader on your phone. Now I just need to find a good manga equivalent and the floodgates shall be opened~!
TSF Showcase 2024-52
A Body Swap Story Between a Prematurely Ejaculating Nephew and an Insensitive Auntie [早漏甥と不感症叔母さん、肉体交換物語] or [Sōrō oi to Fukanshō Obasan, Nikutai Kōkan Monogatari] (Demo) by Wasabi Panda
Well, that sure is a title… but it’s also pretty descriptive.
Body Swap Story wastes precious little time before establishing what it’s about. Teenage college student, Yuto, returns home one day after school and meets his 30-year-old office lady aunt, Yui, for the first time in several years. Rather than having a cordial reunion, the two almost immediately get into an argument. Yui criticizes Yuto for taking too long to get his first girlfriend and for being a sloppy teenager with mediocre grades. While Yuto points out how Yui didn’t have any boyfriends until she became an adult and was so focused on her career she didn’t get married until she was 29.
It quickly devolves into a typical ‘I can live your life better than you’ argument that breaks out into a cartoonish fight where the two bonk their heads together. Naturally, this causes their souls to loosen from their bodies, fly into each other, and become trapped in their new forms. Both parties are upset about this— Yuto more so because he’s the less mature one— and they decide that it would be best if they pretend to be each other for the time being.
If that all sounds like one of the most no frills, stock body swap premise you can imagine, that’s because it kind of is, but I have to say I appreciate how direct it is. Everything I described is introduced and established in just 10 to 15 minutes. Character details are admittedly light, but this is also just the start of the story and the first public demo to get people interested. Details and depth can come later. The writers know you are here for the swapping, and they give it to you right away. No day zero establishing crap and no hour-long prologue before things get juicy.
After this, the demo is broken up into a series of six distinct scenes that aim to give the player a taste test of what is to come. The first follows Yuto in Yui as he returns to his aunt’s home, musing about his predicament and body. Heavy anime-sized breasts, new responsibilities, the icky sense of being in the body of an (estranged) family member. Despite this though, his urges lead into an optional sex scene where he caresses her white youthful breasts and tries playing with his new ‘wife pussy’ while being overwhelmed by female masturbation.
Side note. As the TSF VN flowchart girl, I had to check it out if the two options in the demo change things, and they really don’t. There’s a minor variant when Yuto in Yui wakes up the first morning, but it’s only a few lines and a change in outfit. Don’t be like me and try to skip through all permutations in search of new content, because you will find nothing.
It’s a pretty standard, if obligatory, female masturbation scene. Gawking at breasts, gawking at how fingers in a vagina feel, the usual stuff. However, the presentation does a lot to make this scene remarkable. I would typically expect to see masturbation sequences like this be represented with static CGs with some light pose, clothing, or expression variants, but Body Swap Story goes beyond that. It uses Live2D, or Live2D-esque, animation to add slight movements to Yuto’s actions. For a crowdfunded body swap VN like this, it’s a level of detail and production value that I would never expect to see, and… that actually extends to much of the presentation.
Starting with the character art, I would say that the style is very standard, lacking much of a unique or outspoken identity, though it is also polished, detailed, and generally high quality. Character sprites look smooth. The erotic scenes are carefully designed and arranged. Backgrounds are highly detailed and appear to be 3D renders with 2D elements and moveable objects arranged around them. While not the most unique looking, does give the production a level of polish and professionalism, and that is carried over with the effects.
Characters’ lips flap when they are speaking and they blink periodically. There is this lovely soul effect that is applied to the protagonists when they are musing amongst themselves, visually reminding the reader who they are. Yuto’s dirty room is littered with crumpled up tissues and dust particles that fade in and out. Moments of high intensity are enhanced with icons and little flourishes. The zoom-in and panning effects are well applied and let the creators get more mileage out of the one-pose sprites. There is vignetting to enhance the tension in scenes.
In addition to the slightly generic score, the soundscape is peppered with effects ranging from natural shuffles, cartoonish movement noises, even a few feminine mouth noises. And I like how characters who are not speaking fade in the background. For some games, this does not work. But here? It does.
Also, and this is well worth mentioning, but this game, which presumably began development in 2024, is using a 4:3 aspect ratio, when 16:9 has been the standard for over 15 years. It makes no sense to me, even if they’re planning a phone port, but I’m just happy the game runs at 1280 by 960. It’s way easier on the old eyes than 800 by 600.
After the first erotic scene, the perspective shifts over to Yui in Yuto, where she is making due with her situation, hiding her identity from her sister, and mulling around Yuto’s bedroom. She tries to clean things up a bit, and predictably stumbles upon this premature ejaculating youth’s masturbation material. A porno mag featuring a busty blonde showing off her big-ass titties. Despite writing this material off as obscene, this still makes Yui’s ‘bulge’ huge, and the player gets to choose how she reacts. If she should resist this impulse like an uncool joker, or if she should go down the path of degeneracy and jerk her nephew’s schlong.
The masturbation scene takes place entirely in first-person, from Yui in Yuto’s perspective, as she unzips her pants, sees her nephew’s huge penis, and hesitantly grabs it with her borrowed hand. She’s unnerved, ashamed of herself for doing this, and blames her nephew for this, yet she still goes through with it, masturbating and busting all over the magazine in an impressive display of gooey cum effects. Also, because this is a Japanese work, the penis is naturally censored. In practice, it looks like it was downscaled and upscaled a few times. Hell, I don’t think I even need to censor it.
Now, I want to begin by commending Body Swap Story for even focusing on the female-to-male side of this body swap, as that is a perspective so often ignored even in other body swap visual novels. (God, I would have loved to see a scene in Press-Switch where Jenna in Calvin was just jerking off for the third time in a single day…) However, there is something distinctly… different about how it represents male erotic scenes. Yuto in Yui was represented with full body third-person CGs, while the Yui in Yuto sequences are drawn in first-person. This is an odd decision, though I can justify it in at least three ways.
One, the creators just wanted to present the female-to-male sequences in one way and the male-to-female sequences in another. Two, they could not procure a hentai artist who specializes in men to draw full-body CGs for Yui in Yuto, so they chose to represent the scenes differently. This happened to re:Dreamer and resulted in a route getting cut. Three, they understood that the primary market for this game is heterosexual men who generally do not want to see men in states of sexual situations. Yet are receptive enough to the sight of first-person masturbation scenes that feature a female image, as it is easy enough for them to transpose their lived experiences onto them. …I think that the third scenario is the most likely.
It’s important to recognize what sexual fantasy these scenes serve. The Yuto in Yui scene focuses on the sexual fantasy of a teenage boy having unrestricted access to the body and life of a busty borderline milf. Pretty basic stuff. (For the record, milfs are firmly in the 35 to 54 demographic, gilfs are in the 55+ demographic, and vanilla sexy is 18 to 34. Them’s the breaks.) While the Yui in Yuto scenes tend to focus on something… different. They are effectively the sexual fantasy of an adult woman being locked into the body of a teenage boy who is a chronic masturbator.
It is the sexual scenario of a mature, powerful, adult woman being ‘lowered’ by the impulses of a male body, unable to maintain her composure and stature once she sees what a teenage boy must deal with. And it is an experience that the intended reader can relate to. Looking at something hot and being hit with this immense urge to whip it out and relieve oneself. Being in a sexual situation with one’s female friend and wanting to escalate it while loving what sexual scenarios are available to them. And being so wound up and dang horny that they cannot sleep. These are all scenarios that, while relatable, might not be seen as hot. However, the hot part is that they are new to Yui. That she is being presented with these things for the first time, and fails to overcome them.
I have seen plenty of TSF stories where female-to-male characters become overwhelmed by their sexual desire and lust. However, it is rare to see one that focuses on that perspective through a lens this sexual and personal. The player is made extremely aware of what is going on in Yui’s mind during these sequences. They are encouraged to experience these scenes from her perspective. And while they are seeing a girl in the background, there are male hands and an erection in the foreground. It’s an odd approach… but in some respects, I would say that it is almost inspired. Maybe I should do more female-to-male first-person stories!
Back to the game, the next scene sees Yuto in Yui wake up the next morning, peeved that he needs to go through with this and the swap didn’t undo itself. With Yui’s advice, provided via texting, he gets ready. …Before deciding that his aunt needs to spruce up her wardrobe. So Yuto ditches her glasses, opens up her shirt a bit more, and trades her dress pants for a black miniskirt and leggings. Which would be a meaningful visual change if not for the fact this is a visual novel, and we barely catch a glimpse of most characters’ thighs.
This shows Yuto as someone less willing to heed commands if he thinks he can do something better, and more receptive toward looking the part of an attractive woman than he was the prior day. If he’s going to be stuck like this, he may as well look good and dress in a way he finds attractive.
Rather than show how Yuto in Yui handled his first day at the office though, things shift back to Yui in Yuto, reflecting on how she has this college thing on lock. She was always a great student and despite being nearly a decade out of school, she thinks she can handle every test. (Maybe Yuto’s in gen ed courses or maybe she’s just that smart. You decide!) However, her confidence crumbles when she meets Aoi Jingu, Yuto’s cute and busty pink-haired girlfriend. Yui fumbles their first encounter, being sheepish and overwhelmed as she feels her new body’s urges, while Aoi chalks this up to ‘Yuto’ being a bit flighty and stupid.
This awkwardness and sexual tension follow the two as they go out to eat at a restaurant. Yui claims that while she knows what it is like to be in love, she is married after all, but this is different. Far less emotional and more physical. She doesn’t love Aoi— they just met— but she wants to do stuff to her, gaze over her body, and is so overwhelmed she is losing sight of how she would want a man to act around her.
Then, just as Yui starts coping with these feelings, Yuto in her body comes waltzing in. Yui is quick to chide her nephew for dressing her body in a slightly different manner, but with Aoi right next to them, she cannot really act like the aunt here. She is forced into playing the role of Yuto, the nephew, and Yuto is thrilled to take this opportunity to get back at his aunt. Telling an embarrassing story about how ‘Yuto’ and ‘Yui’ took a bath together when ‘Yuto’ got an erection. Yui tries to get back at Yuto for this, but she’s powerless in this situation, so she just needs to stew in embarrassment.
Things then pick up with Yui in Yuto, strangely, as she is called over behind the school by Aoi, who feels neglected as a girlfriend. Yui’s not been answering Aoi’s texts, been rushing back home after school, and after this went on for… however long, she wants some answers. In response, Yui lies, saying that she has been focusing on her studies. Aoi, the sweet girl that she is, believes in him, and offers her ‘boyfriend’ a reward. Which leads into a fairly ‘tame’ erotic scene where Yui feels up one of Aoi’s boobs while going crazy with lust. But this is still early in the route, and sex is forbidden on school premises, so they cap things out there.
Skipping ahead a few hours later, Yui is in bed, trying to go to sleep, but she can’t because she’s too pent up with sexual tension. She keeps thinking about Aoi, her curvy body, what they did behind the school, and the feeling of her boobs, teenage boy shit. She tries to sleep in spite of this, only for her mind to linger on… Yuto in her body. With his face unobscured from glasses, cleavage showing, and legs wrapped in tight black nylon. Already, she has become unable to view her own body as hers, and instead views it as something else, as something erotic. So erotic that it takes her less than a minute to relieve herself, capping off the night with a flaccid dick in her hand and a look of despair on her borrowed face.
With that, the demo ends, and for a test of what the developers can do, this is damn impressive. It’s definitely odd that it focuses too much on the female-to-male experience, and I will say that the characterization and escalation to sex scenes is light for my tastes. However, body swap TSF visual novels are rare, and this one has the markings of being something remarkable. Even in this brief 40-ish minute slice, it managed to fill me with confidence that it will offer at least something eager to explore the more sexual side of body swapping. And do so with an impressive level of audiovisual flair.
I doubt it will ever be up there with the big three, or a Cinnamon Switch production, but it’s definitely something to keep an eye on if this article piques your interest. …And you’re willing to run some translation software. I know I’m going to!

The speaker names for Yuto and Yui change after swapping bodies. Yui in Yuto is to as Yuto (inYui) while Yuto in Yui is Yui (inYuto). …Damn it! I was so happy when I thought another creator was using my Mind(Body) naming convention. But it turns out they did the opposite! It’s wrong I tells ya! WRONG! The body is secondary to the mind! The mind is superior! The spirit is more important than the body! I’m right, I tells ya! You’re all crazy, and I’m the only sane one left. I’m not crazy! I’m sane! SAAAANNNNEEEE!
Edit 2/03/2025: Actually, looking at the English version, it… it’s in reverse! They refer to Yuto in Yui’s body as Yuto (in Yui’s body)! It’s basically my Mind(Body) convention but with more words to make things clearer! Did… did somebody on the development team read my coverage of this and make changes for the English version? If so, that would be CRAZY!

LMFAO OMG, it’s not just me!!! I hardly see anyone else talk about it, but I *love* the FtM Jenna/Calvin stuff in P-S, and I’ve practically begged Trigger for elaboration on it a couple times now. It’s hardly a priority, obviously, but it’s just the kind of thing I could eat up all day – all that horny humiliation, shattering of pride, and the new understanding that comes with it. With that in mind, I admit the FtM stuff in this demo *does* pique my interest far more than if it were just the standard MtF.

Alas, Trigger does what Trigger wants, and Press-Switch, for better or for worse, is primarily told from Calvin’s perspective. I probably should get around to this horny humiliation concept eventually with one of my creative works, but there’s not really room for humiliation in VD2.0. Everybody’s too dang open and friendly for that in VD2.0. Maybe in Psycho Shatter 2000 though… Ah, too many ideas, too little time!
The demo is surprisingly good for what it is, but it’s only a 40-ish minute romp, and does require some finagling to get it to work properly. Here’s hoping that it expands and grows in the coming years, instead of fading away like certain other projects I could name.
